Usually good but not this time
I usually like the service however this one time they did a transmission fluid change and told me I needed it after it was done. Price was good still however what bothered me was that I wasn't told ahead of time.

Having utilized Smith's years ago when we had multiple used cars for family members, i contacted Skip to find out if he could fit my car into his schedule if I had it towed to his shop. He welcomed me back as a customer and jumped through hoops to source the repair parts. Very satisfied. Additionally we took a second car there for the required NYS inspection. Very quick and satisfied service
