Sorry to receive this negative review. Also, sorry you you do not value the service we provided to you and your vehicle.  I have been the service manager at Spartan Auto Care for over 30 years and do not remember you ever being a customer of ours in the past.  You called in and asked us to check your vehicle for a safety issue as you had failed state inspection.  When you came in without an appointment, we quickly  test drove your van, we inspected it on a heavy duty truck lift, and determined you need some steering components . We then provided you with a detailed estimate of the repairs necessary for your vehicle to pass state inspection which you declined to have performed.  Having never been a paying customer of ours in the past, not sure why you would expect us to provide our services to you without charge whatsover? I can't remember the last time I went to a doctor's office for a "checkup" and did not receive a bill.... like a doctor, we do charge for our expert vehicle repair services.
