Very helpful and honest
I felt they wanted to help fix my vehicle, not sell me something I didn't necessarily need. Mark helped me understand the issue. My engine light came on the day before a holiday and Mark was kind enough to diagnose the issue and assure me I could continue to drive my vehicle until he could get it in for a repair.
