Unknown tire blowout risk.
He alerted me to a tire that was a blowout risk with no reliable fix. I 'd had no idea. He encouraged me to get it replaced at Costco which I did.
From years of past interactions I know I can trust what Chris says to be correct, that his integrity is beyond question and his work is thorough. So we made quick tire decisions and quickly got the car prepped for the trip to Dulles in this brutal weather.
