I have been a customer for years since their location on Pembroke Road. Came to their location on a Saturday and it was funny business. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. An unfamiliar employee quoted me $75.00 for an oil change and $50 for a tire rotation. I explained it was too much and I would leave after he claimed oil prices went up and that my vehicle had 21 on wheels as the reason. Proceeded to call someone on the phone and agreed to $60 oil change and $30 tire rotation because I had my child with me. When time to pay I agreed to pay cash and was told that the total was $95 and that I should consider the $5 a tip. Prices aren’t consistent if owner is not around and left a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be returning due to this funny business.
