Exceptional Customer Service
When I called to make the appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated on my wife’s SUV, the guys at Sunset were extremely busy, but Jack told me if I was able to leave the vehicle with them they would work it in to get the work done for us. We’ve been bringing our vehicles here for over twenty years and that is the attitude Jack and the guys have always had. No matter how busy they may be, they always find a way to get things done and done right. Just as importantly they never tell us we need work done that isn’t necessary.
