5-Star Service without the markup.

Exceptionally clean and professional facility the desk staff were cordial, communicative and transparent about time and cost. Didn’t try to push anything more than what I asked for/needed. Their pricing beat what I was quoted by a dozen shops from Auburn to Chittenango. The only thing I noticed is that they forgot to replace the valve stem caps on the two wheels they looked at. Not the end of the world.

While it's not exactly a major plot twist in the automotive drama, we agree they should have returned like an old friend. We’ll make sure to keep our eyes peeled for those little details next time.
