Good people, Great service

I experienced a battery issue during the cold spell wherein my vehicle failed to start. The issue was compounded by the failure of my hood latch to release preventing me from gaining access to the battery compartment. I called Auto Works and Tim responded by advising me to have the vehicle towed in for the required service. Although I was fortunate in finally getting the hood latch to release and getting the car jump started, I arrived late in the afternoon and was immediately taken in for service and had the battery replaced along with lubricants being applied to the latch mechanism. I was very pleased to have the vehicle repaired during the same day and fully expected that I would be leaving it overnight for service on the following day.
