Erich has been incredible to work with. I took my truck into his shop and explained the issues I was having an prior work that had been completed. Erich reached out to me to tell me that he thinks the previous shop did work on the incorrect side of the vehicle and that I should take it back to them rather then his shop do the work. I wouldn't have known this information other and he could have just quoted me a price and completed the work. Erich was open and honest. He earned a customer by his actions and honesty..
