Honesty
I’ve been going to Bob for probably 20 years now, 6 to 7 different vehicles. Lots of repairs because my vehicles are older. Always prompt and fair. sometimes, because life‘s not perfect, the parts that they install fail. Without hesitation I’m right back in front of the line and they make it a priority to fix my vehicle without any additional cost.
