Quoted over the phone not honored
I gave all info on year, make, and model of a few vehicles I had to get quotes to get oil changes done to a female, I heard her tell the mechanic what I had and she made sure on the price she was giving me. I called back the week after to verify giving again what kind of truck I would be bringing in first specifying the motor size of the truck I needed done. When I came in today I asked about my vehicle if it’s still total of $80-$90 he knew what I was driving after going out to get the license number. I was told yes. Then after he went out again and got my vin he then said it’s $118. I told him that’s not what I was quoted, he said no that’s the price. I left because I feel they are taking advantage of a female and informed him I planned on bringing multiple of my company vehicles in but will continue on to the dealer seeing as the pricing is the same but the dealer sends specials and I take advantage of them. I live in Linden that is close by and I will definitely be telling my neighbors, friends, and family to avoid this establishment since the original owner has sold it!!!!

Ma’am, I’m really sorry about yesterday. Your vehicle has a larger engine that requires 9 quarts of oil, which is why our team quoted you $118. Our oil change special is for up to 5 quarts, so the price is different for vehicles that require more oil. I sincerely apologize for the confusion and appreciate your understanding.Ma’am, I sincerely apologize again for the misunderstanding. Please give us another opportunity to serve you. I spoke with my boss about what happened, and he has approved a better price for you. Whenever you have time, please come back and visit us.
