2014 Town & Country in for service
Started with a phone call on Tuesday to see if the 'Shop' could take a look to see what was causing front end rattle/ noise. They said they were busy but they'd take a look and if they could they'd try and squeeze us in if possible. We dropped it off mid morning. That evening they called and explained in detail what needed service with a quote. They were about to close so I said I'd call them in the morning after reviewing quote and authorize the job. I called the next morning (Wednesday) and gave them the okay to begin the work. They called mid morning on Thursday and said job was complete. We arrived to pick it up and they went over what was done along with worn parts for inspection along with the warranty. Price was fair and time frame was excellent. They were super pleasant. Scott, Gloria, and Jay all did a wonderful job. We'll be back for sure.
