My car didn’t enter the bay until either 7pm or the next morning, and NO ONE communicated ANYTHING to me. Until my car was ready the following day. I was charged for unauthorized services, and when I went to pick up my car 3 of the 4 tires were flat and all 4 rims damaged.
The manager went to the extent of threatening to call the police on me for demanding to not pay for unauthorized services.
Now I am dealing with their corporate office, but seems I will be forced to file suit against them for repair/replacement of my rims.
I have requested a phone call from the district manager, but that still has not happened either.
We will absolutely never go back. Be aware if you use them.
