Customer service member didn't pay attention to Customer request
My van went there for other repairs and ended up developing two serious fault. My passenger site door got broken and my behind lift as well was broken. The door replaced did not get the complete standard. No explanation was given despite my request.

James, your passenger rear door was never touched and certainly not broken in our shop. We worked on your driverside door because it did not open and we corrected that vehicle issue as requested. We were extremely transparent about the door we did replace on the driverside and that it was used and would not be an exact match and you approved. We had even let you know we couldnt color match and you approved an off color replacement but with some extra efforts we were able to get an exact color match! Your trunk lift did not get broken in our shop, you came to pick up the vehicle and it broke when you opened your trunk at pickup, in which my technician went out to see if he could fix it for you and determined it needed to be replaced in which i quoted for you. We worked with you for well over a month to give you all the time you needed to arrange and be able to pick up your vehicle. We wish you the best of luck in the future!
