Pieces of Garbage from another Raleigh Shop

This team came for Affordable Transmission aka A-ffordable Transmission. (Ed, Liz and Mike) There are many many BBB negative reviews they blame their customers for, over taking responsibility for their shoddy work. My experience is no exception. All the same crew in a new building in a new area to do the same thing. Do your homework. The new guy I went to was a bit of a drive to get to, but had my car back in less than a week and is shifting better than it ever did and included a 3 yr 50k warranty. These folks offer a driveway warranty, once you leave there is none. Consumer Beware.

Same Degenerates form Affordable/A-ffordable Transmission on Capital BLvd

Please also see reviews from Affordable/A-ffordable Transmission the past 5 years as this is the same crew of degenerates. So while there are many folks leaving positive feedback. Beware. Liz the girl at the front desk will lie all day for this man (Eddie and Todd), for some reason and have you think she is fighting for you. Eddie will straight lie to your face and tell you he will take care of the issue he created and then blow you off for months on end until Warranty runs out and you have not a leg to stand on. They will also tell you it is something more serious as 1 review posted at 4 stars about, and the real issue is something much less involved....pay $1900 for a $300 job and they just made 1600 and tell you you have a new converter. In my case they installed a transmission and proceeded to tell me it was how I was driving. My driving led to me having the transmission 125k miles before these boneheads got their hands on it. After a year and a half of thinking he was going to do the right thing and maintaining my cool, they never did anything of the sort and had to have the transmission rebuilt again. The new shop saved and sent me pictures of all the crap and short cuts they pulled out of my trans from cracked planitary gears to worn clutches, removed springs from a pressure plate and a few others. This is after only 1500 miles of driving. The new shop rebuilt with a 3 yr 50,000 mile Warranty and told me to drive it like I stole it from day 1 and they would replace it tomorrow if it blew up. DO NOT USE THE CLOWNS AT TRIANGLE as it is the same boneheads from A-ffordable aka Affordable Transmission on Capital Blvd. Thieves
