Hi Ms Aubertin, we apologize for any misunderstanding as being clear and transparent is very important to us. The free inspection came to you in a text, it's a visual obervation of the underneath of your Land Cruiser, it contains pictures/video of your vehicle with any notes. Your vehicle came in for a brake vibration and loss of power steering fluid diag. Our technician took the vehicle on a test drive to felt a pulse, slight vibration and slight lunge, he came back to the shop and took all the wheels off for a visual and physical inspection, he measured your brake pads checked your rotors, he would have cleaned and then re assembled your brakes. Next he inspected your power steering system, he noted that there was a small amount of oil weeping from the drivers side bellows boot after carefully going through the system, he topped up your power steering fluid and listed on the invoice what he had found. We understand that when you're not in the industry it's easy to think, it's just a quick look here and your done but it's really alot more complicated and involved than that.
