If they can't help you they no longer care
Went in with my son to trade in a vehicle. Sat in the showroom for an hour while they were crunching numbers or whatever they were doing. Finally had to leave for an appointment and still hadn't gotten answer. I was told they would call us before closing or first thing the next morning. Apparently, they couldn't help us and didn't care because my son or I never received a call back from anyone at Ultimate Auto. That's very bad business and customer service. We went somewhere else the next day and purchased a vehicle with no problem. Thanks for nothing Ultimate Auto.

Go anywhere else for the love of God!
Their cars are junk go somewhere else! They will dog you worse then Matilda's dad dogged the trunchibal.

No warranty
I bought a auto with no warranty, the next morning I noticed oil on my driveway, I called and they said they would fix it, But I changed my mind that I decided I want my CRV back..Appreciated they took their auto back, especially when it had NO WARRANTY..

Max said he purchased a vehicle and there were a lot of things that weren't fixed. He took the vehicle back to them to see if they would fix the problems or give him another vehicle. They told him that wasn't in the contract and they were not willing to work with him. He would not recommend them because the service was bad.
