I was very happy with Ultimate Glass. My problem is with the glass supplier to Ultimate. They tried to pass off a chip on the edge of the glass by covering it with permanent marker and covering that with the usual tape. I'm very fortunate that the tech noticed it and did not install it. He was extremely accommodating and scheduled another appointment at my convenience. Unfortunately, he had an emergency and wasn't able to make it. The replacement tech was also very professional and accommodating, and he completed the installation much quicker than customer service had quoted. I was happy about that!
