Brandon is absolutely amazing. I had to replace the window on an SUV. Brandon came to our home and immediately identified a serious problem. The factory windshield (along with being cracked) was actually missing the seal around the window. Brandon could have just glued it in. Instead, to ensure our safety, he suggested having GM add the missing seal to make sure the window didn't leak. He then came back a second and third time to install the windshield on the proper seal. Many would have just glued the windshield in and left. Brandon said..."If it was my family in that car I would want it done safely and correctly." It's nice to see that honest technicians like Brandon are working for your firm. I was impressed with his professionalism!
