I am a disabled army vet. I have used USA AUTO 4810 S. Ft. Apache Rd.Lv,Nv 89117 for the last ten yrs. We have always had great service until this last visit. I towed my ford f150 to have a 89.00 diagnostic test done on March 26,2025. When they called us the next day they said that it would cost 2,500.00 to repair it. I asked what was wrong and the mechanic spit out some codes and I wrote them down as he was going on about if we wanted them to do the repairs, I explained that I am on a fixed income and couldn't afford it but I would talk to my boyfriend and see what we were going to do. I explained to him that we have had a great deal of work done to the truck in the last eight months and I had left a list in the truck of things that had been repaired or replaced.the codes he gave me were of things I had already fixed and then some codes that didn't exist. In the meantime I went to the shop to tell them we couldn't afford 2500.00. I asked to pay our bill and they said it was now 339.00. they gave us the name of a lender who we tried to borrow the 2500.00 but they only loaned us 300.00 for 714.00. we took it and paid the bill. I went back home and Christian called and asked what we decided. told him that we couldn't afford the money they wanted and I asked him if there was anyone who could fix it cheaper. He asked how much money we had I told him 1,000.00. he said he would do it for that and that he would tow the truck to his house, which he did. He was thankful for the work as he said he was a single father and needed the money. I brought him 900.00 cash at the shop and he was to call us later. he called 2 days later and said he needed 315.00 more. He came to our house at 7:00a.m. the next morning and we gave him 200.00. and then again the next day and gave him 108.00. I text him later and asked why he need more money when we just gave him 900.00. He was rude and said he would talk to jimmy later that day. we waited for four days still no call. I texted him asking if he could please make a list of parts and things that needed to be fixed and he got mad said he would talk to jimmy later the one he made the deal with. He didn't call for another week. jimmy called him only to be brushed off telling him not to call him he would call when the truck was ready. we waited another week or so and I text again asking what was going on with the truck. He said someone who didn't know about electricity fried the truck. he was waiting on parts again.Then it was the fuel pump which had already been changed 2x before. then it was someone jammed the wires from the fuel pump in between the frame and the fuel tank. Then it was the pcm that wasn't working and needed to be reprogrammed for 550.00 more. Then it was he was still waiting on parts. He needed more money. When we originally had the truck towed to the shop I drove it onto the tow truck. Now he was complaining about how my windows didn't work.I didn't ask him to fix them. my driver door window worked when he took the truck now it doesn't work either. He wouldn't answer my calls or texts ever again.I had told him that ford parts were much cheaper than the 1066.00 he was charging for a fuel pump, module 606.99, filter 63.00 program 550.00 plus tax. all of these parts have been changed in the last two months and the truck drove fine. I would think if the electric was fried and the pcm didn't work that the diagnostic tests would have show that.we never got a print out of the diagnostic tests. He has had our truck since 26 March 2025 it was 18 May 2025 when I went and towed my truck home. He has taken parts off my engine, It won't even start, he left the window down for 8 weeks, there was a cat living in it and now it smells of cat pee. He and Jimmy agreed that he would return our money and we would find someone else. well we can't get our money from him. he has lied about paying us back everything from his son needed oxygen tanks filled, of course we don't want anything to happen to his boy so the next week he was coming over after work, never showed or called. Then it was he had to go to San Diego his aunt was dying and he wasn't going to answer his phone for three weeks, then later same night says he walmart to walmart us 1500.00. jimmy told him he couldn't send 1500.00 and what about the confirmation code. same day- was coming back from San Diego would be at work at noon and he sent two money grams from walmart 700.00 and 800.00 at 3:00 am. Walmarts are closed at that time.no con. code then either. Said he would pay us as soon as he got off work that day. No money no call. then said he would pay us in full on Wed. never showed no pay again. Now he says he talked with his boss and he is going to pay him early for us to meet him at check city at 6:10 pm today. 5/24/2025. He took 1208.00 from us . my bf is blind and has one leg. he has had surgery his leg last week christian was going to send us an uber… never did.Jimmy has surgery again this Friday in Henderson hospital. I will go to the police today if he doesn't show up. I have proof of everything I have said.For ten yrs we came to you and were always happy with how you treated us.Please we aren't asking for anything but what you took from us. 1208.00. plus the parts he stole from our engine. he didn't fix one thing in eight weeks. not one. supplied stuff for oil change couldn't do that. you should be ashamed of how you treat loyal customers.
