The service agent looked up my records and confirmed that the differential fluids had indeed been replaced previously. This experience underscored the importance of keeping all your service records. If I hadn’t been diligent about tracking what services had already been performed, they would have changed the differential fluid and charged me again for a service I didn’t need. It definitely gave me scam vibes.
