12 volt battery purchase for 2012 Camry hybrid
The experience at service was fine. When I made the appointment, I was told that it might take between a half day and a full day. This was surprising and I planned my day around that. Turns out, when I checked in at 9 a.m., I was told the car would be done by noon. It was done just about an hour later! Odd that the information was so inconsistent? However, kudos to Sean Lal who I dealt with, in person, for my appointment. He went out of his way to take care of me. Much appreciated.
