Horrible
First of all, I had them pickup and tow my grandson’s car to their repair shop. When I called to get an estimate they didn’t know which Honda Accord I was inquiring about. This went on for several days. I called today to see when it would be available. The young lady said it was finished yesterday. I said WOW, no one called to tell me. She said it was late when they finished but no one still had not called me the next morning or afternoon. I called between 2:00 pm- 3:00 pm and learned it was ready. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with them again. Besides that in my opinion I think they were too expensive. That was the second vehicle I let them fix in a little over a weeks time. Both were right at $1200. Each.
