Excellent customer service
Had a great experience with Wagenhaus. Missy was amazing to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. She handled everything with insurance, taking the burden off of me. Our VW is now running like a champ again. Would highly recommend them!

Repairs
Picked up a Mini and had Wagonhaus do a once over and let me know what needed repaired. Let them know the AC was not working. Most repairs worked out on the first try, but the AC proved to be cantankerous. It took three tries and they picked up the tab on that one. I appreciate that very much.
