During my latest visit, I brought the truck in for a visible oil leak that they were supposed to repair a couple of months before. They told me there was no leak (where I can SEE that oil had dropped on my driveway) but there was another leak (where there is no oil on my drive way) that will require a $3500 repair for a $200 part.
I simply brought it to the attention of the manager so he would know why he lost a customer of 4 years.
