Regarding the timing belt replacement and the subsequent engine damage, our goal is to diagnose and repair issues with complete transparency, though we recognize that situations like this can be stressful. The true fact is the only way to diagnosis a properly broke timing belt and to verify if a vehicle engine has experienced internal valve damage after a broken timing belt is to replace the timing belt and set the entire timing up and then check for proper engine compression. If you were to check with any Master technician, they would advise you we followed the proper procedure in diagnosing this failure. I am truly sorry this did not meet your expectations.
