Repair was delayed because a Western Auto hit my vehicle before my repairs could begin. This was delayed because of miscommunication between me and WA. However, the repair was satisfactory, and then the car was taken to a collision shop.
I always go to WA for safety inspections and oil changes. Generally other repairs are not needed because my Toyota is a wonderful car.
If I needed a repair in the future, I would go back to WA.
