Horrible Customer Service
Awful customer service. I should have looked closer when I bought the car because it was clear they had already tried to cover up some of the paint chipping. I brought it back and they refused to help me. I brought it back again and they sent me to their “buddy” across the street who gave me a quote to bring back to the dealership. After running around for hours, they said they basically still wouldn’t help me, even though this was a product defect not any fault of my own. I have tried contacting corporate and they send me back to my dealership, which is clearly not competent.
