Quick and helpful service on road trip
We had to evacuate my dad’s place in Florida due to Hurricane Milton. We arrived safely to Wilmington to stay with my brother but the next day the car was hesitating. I was worried since it was my dad’s BMW and we did just drive over 12 hours. We were continuing on to Philadelphia and needed the car fixed ASAP. The service was done quickly and the staff was great! The rear ABS speed sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced which they did. So relieved to find out it was nothing serious and the cost was not outrageous.

Friendly, professional, trustworthy
I took my car in recently because it was making a strange, whirring noise. It was diagnosed as a problem with the belt/pulley system, and I was actually lucky to have made it there before the car left me on the side of the road.WMW had the parts in stock and were kind enough to work my car in that Friday afternoon.
We have been bringing our BMW’s here for many years and have always received excellent service.

Always Professional
The staff are always helpful and professional, and make sure I understand the technical complexity of maintaining my BMW. I wouldn’t trust my car at any other shop. Work is always done well and with quality parts and supplies.

I’ve used Wilmington Motor Works since moving here in 2018 to maintain my 2010 BMW X3 They’re knowledgeable and trustworthy to do top notch work at fair prices.
