Not cooperative on warranty issue
Didn’t try at all to resolve a warranty issue for me. Insisted that my problem was not covered even though Hyundai said it was.. my car was less than 300 miles over the warranty but I also had an extended bumper to bumper issued by Hyundai.

Hyundai corporate customer care is useless.
Hyundai has a website for recalls at https://autoservice.hyundaiusa.com/campaignhome. I have made repeated attempts to have my VIN cleared from this website, as there are no longer any open recall campaigns for my vehicle. However, Hyundai corporate is too LAZY to fix the problem. Wright Hyundai performed a recall fix in January 2021. It is now October 2021 - my VIN still shows the recall as being open. There is a major disconnect between what the dealer and Hyundai corporate are saying.

Terrible Experience
After purchasibg a 2021 Sonata, my daughter was involved in a terrible accident and totaled the vehicle. Having purchased an extended warranty, I inquired about a pro-rated refund through Lenny Donner in finance. Mr. Donner was dishonest and evasive and incorrectly directed me to hyundai when he was certainly aware that the dealership issues the refund. After 2 months of frustrated dealings with the dealership I was sent a refund check that was 75.00 short of the amount hyundai confirmed. I brought to the attention of Mr. Donner via email last week and have received no reponse. In my opinion, this is the most dishonest business i have ever dealt with. I really wanted to buy another hyundai to replace the wrecked vehicle, but bought a toyota instead. I also bought another toyota to replace another vehicle. The best i can say about this dealer is buyer beware.

Expired tags/no title/no help
Below is an email to the General Manager, Rick Smith, of Wright Hyundai sent on 9-15-21 at 12:55pm. I have never received a call back from him, nor any correspondence. I waited until 9-22-21 and called the dealership at 12:11pm. I asked to speak to Mr. Smith but was sent to a salesman. After being told that this is happening to a lot of people I was transferred to the finance manager whom originally handled our paperwork. I spoke to Mr. Swanberg for 6 mins. This was our second conversation about this issue. He assured me that he would call me with some kind of answer "by the end of the day". At the time of this review 5:01pm on 9-23-21 I have yet to hear FROM ANYONE. Our 2021 Elantra was purchased on 7-17-21. Our temp tag is now expired and neither the dealership nor the state of Ohio can provide a new temp tag. Neither PA nor Ohio has the car registered to anyone. The car we traded in still shows registered in our name in Ohio. In full disclosure, we were warned that COVID had effected the registration process. But this was over 60 days ago when the paperwork was to be submitted. I have no idea if it was "resubmitted" on day 3 or day 58 of this timeframe. I might not have a legally drivable car for another month or more, not due to covid, but a lack of paperwork follow through.

My wife and I purchased a car from your establishment on 7-17-21. Our Ohio plates have not shown up yet, and the DMV does not show the car in either of our names yet either. I spoke to Cory Swanberg(he was our finance person at the day of purchase) on Monday Sept 13th. He stated that all paperwork was not submitted to the title department and it had to be sent. Something was mistakenly omitted at the time, and the title department needed more information. He also stated that we should have our plates/registration in 10-14 days. I asked him how he would know this if he wasn’t sure what date the paperwork was submitted. He remarked “Donna” would call me to give me a firm date on when this paperwork was submitted for processing. I’ve not heard from Donna, and I have a car with no registration, no memo title, and an expired tag.
I need this remedied and I need to know what is happening. Why am I left dealing with this, and in this situation? My VIN nor tag number shows up in a government data base. I have a ghost car now and I’m worried to death about my wife being arrested and our car impounded. No officer is going to take our word that all is well with an untraceable car.

Deceptive
Their website showed that they had a very specific and hard to find new manual vehicle. For this reason I called this morning ahead and confirmed the vehicle was still there. Two hours prior to my confirmed appointment I received another call from the same woman confirming I was still coming. I drove over an hour to come see the vehicle only to arrive and find that they didn't have it and haven't had it. They actually went as far as to save my appointment in the computer under a base model vehicle. It's hard to trust anyone who does business this way.
