I have done business with "My Friend is a Mechanic" for several years. The response to my phone calls is always prompt. The problems are diagnosed accurately and a phone call informing me of the problem and repair cost is with a few hours of dropping the vehicles off. I am happy with the way Karen and the staff treat me. I will be calling them again for future repair needs.
