This is my review for Harlan’s Automotive. I normally do not leave reviews to start off but what they
did for me deserves one. I got a call from my mother saying my Aunt was gravely ill with just days left to live. I packed everything up and drove the 14 hrs to Murray, KY from Midland TX. As soon as I pulled into the driveway my transmission went out. As a Murray native I knew a couple places to call but they were booked up for at least a week and I didn’t have that kind of time off cleared with my company. I called Harlan’s and they took it in immediately. I explained my situation and they told me the timeframe was about 3 days for the repair. They went even further and asked if they could help me personally with anything to help me through the crisis. Their thoughtfulness was above and beyond. Harlan’s projected timeframe was spot on. They had it all fixed and ready. I will most certainly return all my vehicles to them in the future if the occasion arises. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family.

My sons old Corolla broke down at his job in Austin. Chris and Mark went and got car with a tow doll
y. Brought it back to shop, fixed it, even cleaned the cloudy headlights that I didn't even notice. And then dropped the car off at my house, because they knew how busy I was at work. In this day and age, who does that. E and C that is who. Cannot recommend them more enthusiastically!!! Thank you Chris!!! KO
