My Husband and I can't thank the Windsor Auto Shop again for helping us. I have a 2003 Pontiac Montan
a and I Love it. Obviously the car, being that old, is going to have it's problems. Some of the problems have been pretty big. This last visit was my front brakes. All of a sudden my brakes were grinding something awful. I called Windsor and they told me not to drive it. They made me an appointment for the next day. I brought it in and come to find out my brake pads were down to the metal. They showed me the brake pads that came off of my car and compared them to a pair of new brake pads. It brought a chill to my bones.To think that my Husband, who is in a wheelchair, and my 3 year old granddaughter had been riding in the car was very scary. I left the shop and felt a big relief that they fixed the brakes and knew I was now safe. A big thank you too all of you guys at the Shop.

This was the 4th or5th time I have had my car at buddy's and each time they have fixed and repaired what ever that was wrong with the car and got right back to me re: what was wrong with the car and what it would cost to repair
My car was bought in FLa and it was Nissan 350z Nismo which was not cheap to repair if I had of know
n how much was wrong I would not have bought it buddy's told me that there Wawa bunch of things wrong when I first took the car in but each time I took the car in they told me what was wrong and what it would cost me to repair and what was likely to go wrong with it in the future so each time. I had them repair. Whatever was wrong and today it is running like it was supposed to do.i had my car in nissean dealerships and they refused to repair saying it was too complicated but buddy's fixed it and i will be forever grateful to them for the patience they have shown me!

This is my review for Harlan’s Automotive. I normally do not leave reviews to start off but what they
did for me deserves one. I got a call from my mother saying my Aunt was gravely ill with just days left to live. I packed everything up and drove the 14 hrs to Murray, KY from Midland TX. As soon as I pulled into the driveway my transmission went out. As a Murray native I knew a couple places to call but they were booked up for at least a week and I didn’t have that kind of time off cleared with my company. I called Harlan’s and they took it in immediately. I explained my situation and they told me the timeframe was about 3 days for the repair. They went even further and asked if they could help me personally with anything to help me through the crisis. Their thoughtfulness was above and beyond. Harlan’s projected timeframe was spot on. They had it all fixed and ready. I will most certainly return all my vehicles to them in the future if the occasion arises. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family.
