ment I arrived, Jack walked over to greet me with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. I arrived a little early for my appointment, but he gladly let me park my car, took my information, and assured me he would call me once he had checked my vehicle.
True to his word, he called just a few minutes after my scheduled appointment to give me an update. He explained that he had already started diagnosing my BMW, but the battery would not hold a charge long enough to complete the testing. Before moving forward, he called to get my permission to purchase and install a new battery. He also shared that, based on what he had already observed, he was confident the alternator was not the problem. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything clearly instead of leaving me guessing.
Thankfully, my BMW only needed a new battery, which was a huge relief. Throughout the entire process, Jack kept me informed, answered my questions, and communicated every step of the way.
What impressed me most was his honesty, professionalism, and customer service. Finding an honest mechanic can be difficult, but Jack earned my trust from the very first interaction. I never felt pressured, rushed, or like I was inconveniencing him. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it’s easy to see why he’s been in business for more than 20 years and has earned so many positive reviews.
Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be bringing more business his way. My daughter needs her air conditioning repaired, my son needs an alternator, and Jack’s Auto Haus will be one of the first places we call.

o professional and nothing was a bother. He even gave me a nice discount for being a senior citizen, the car was so cold, I had to turn the fan down twice on the way to town.
