Fixed my A/C & educated me about cabin air filters!
The A/C wasn't working well in my 2007 Tacoma truck, and there was an intermittent screeching/rattlin
g sound coming from the area behind my glove compartment. When Patti sent me photos of the cause of the problem, I was so embarrassed! The cabin air filter was filthy, crammed to the gills with dust and a literal decade of crunched up redwood debris, from the tree I always park under. Some debris had even made it through into the blower motor (hence, the screeching/rattling). Luckily, nothing was damaged, except me, feeling dumb that I hadn't ever realized there even was such a thing as a cabin air filter. They cleaned everything out, put in a fresh clean filter, re-charged the A/C -- I drove home nice & cool again, feeling like I had a brand-new truck! Patti took the time to explain to me *exactly* where the leaves were getting in -- basically, an open air-intake hole tucked underneath the windshield cowling, leading directly to the air filter... when leaves build up along the lower windshield, the wiper action sort of jams them down & the intake hole funnels everything to the filter. Yuck! Now I know & will keep that area clean/covered in the future. Patti and her daughter are so friendly & straightforward -- I really trust & appreciate the work they do in their shop!

We were traveling and hit a bungee cord og the Interstate and it gashed our tire. it was losing air r
apisly and we had to fill it up 2 times before we arrived here. They were fully booked and said they would help us and we were grateful. They took us right away and we were in and out very quickly and we are very grateful for their help and kindness. Everyone there was very kind and made a bad situation very tolerable.
