0,000 miles with a flashing check engine light was more than I was willing to face alone! I needed help!! I was sure my engine was toast!! My brother convinced me that I needed to at least get the car evaluated and find out what was going on with it. It helped tremendously that I had two separate and different individuals who recommended Ray’s Towing And Repair as being reliable and honest! I knew that my insurance company would pay for a tow. I was up to my neck in boxes and honestly didn’t have any idea how to get there or how to find the time to do that!!
The first positive that helped me with the clear, concise communication that was like a breath of fresh air in my confusing surroundings! Derek, the service manager, it has to be one of the most cheerful people I have ever talked to on the phone! Not only did he explain things well, he was always respectful. Ellis, the tow driver, obviously enjoyed his job and was great when he picked up my car. all in all my experience with the personnel was great, but the bottom line blew me out of the water!! When I got my car back, I couldn’t believe I was driving the same car!!! I don’t remember this car driving so well—ever!!! honestly, I believe it was nothing short of a miracle!!! I get choked up because I didn’t get this kind of service or reliability from my hometown and now I have a new hometown and I have a new place to take my car with the whole package: Communication, Accuracy, Respect and Excellence! It’s all about trust!!

My one month old battery died in my truck. I spoke to Will and made arrangements to get the truck the
