th my Dodge Ram and I was told by another shop "which I will NEVER go to again" that I had major problems and wanted me to go to their friends shop to have it done and it would be 4 to 5k. My wife found these guys and I went in to talk to them and found out that it wasn't the transmission it was electrical and was only a few hundred dollars. I will be having other work done by them. They also keep our cars' service records on their computer - we never have to waste time when dropping off a car to repeat our phone numbers or addresses, and never have to wait for O'mensah to go out to our cars to look up VIN numbers or specs - they can order parts immediately - usually for delivery and installation the same day - just from their computer records of our car.
