User interface is deplorable.

The car is mechanically fine and well assembled. Driving experience is vastly overcomplicated, nonintuitive and unsafe. Takes a few days to realize all that's wrong. If I could have returned it a week in, I would have. Dealer experience of the sale was splendid, but drive off the lot and you're on your oen. My fourth Genesis, but never again. Sad end for a promising brand.

Traded my 2018 G-80 Turbo Sport for a 2026 G-80 Prestige. Comfort, style & excellence. Love all the bells & whistles especially only having to have my cell phone with me (no keys) to operate.

It has all the bells and whistles any person could want but it is not that user friendly. I have been offered to go through things by the dealership, but do not want to run there every time I have a question. there is much to learn about this car.
