Love my GV70, has opportunities

Bought it with 12,000 miles and it is an amazing car, sometimes I think is not that good, until I have to drive another car, then I realize how comfortable, luxurious, and powerful it is. The car outside looks amazing and the interior does the same. Love the technology, the Like Keep Assist in addition to the smart cruise control can make it an almost auto-pilot experience, but then you can turn it up with the sport modes and it becomes an exciting sports car . Now the dislikes, some qualities issues are a really bad surprise in such an expensive car. Trimming around the windows fades, headlamp with water leak issues, rear differential failure, panels that peel off, among others, in combination to a very slow response from the dealer and limited spares supply, make it a sweet & bitter experience. Also sometime I wish it was a little bit bigger car, in the past had Nissan Rogues and Honda's CRV, and they all offered a roomier experience.

Great car needs some adjustments.

Car is great, drives good, no mechanical issues. But when I’m at a stop light and auto hold is on the AC turns off. This is vegas 110 degrees. AC needs to be on all the time. Second when you push the gas it yanks the car. If it wasn’t for those issues easily a 5 star across the board

Happy Surprise

I struggled giving up my Lincoln because I loved the ride and the comfort. My Hubby convinced me to try the Genesis, and it performs as well, if not better, than my old car. And it has such a feel of luxury to it. After two years, people still comment on how great the interior looks and feels. Their service is outstanding, as well. I'm not a car person, but I am in love with my Genesis.

Great Rid

I have not had any major problems with this car and the minor ones were fixed quickly by the dealer. I love the safety features and the color of the outside and inside of my car. I wish the seats were more comfortable for long road trips.

As close to a perfect vehicle as you can find for the price. Only downside is the distance to our nearest dealership. Genesis needs to expand dealer network.
