Excellent performance combined with beautiful luxury

I purchased my GV70 350 just over 2 years ago, and I have enjoyed every minute with it. The interior is very quiet, the ride is smooth, and the performance has been excellent. Handling is amazing, and I love all of the safety features, including the blind spot cameras, warnings, auto emergency alerts and braking. The backseats are surprisingly spacious when I have passengers, as well. I haven't had a single mechanical issue, and I've yet to see a recall. I'm impressed with the quality and wouldn't change a thing!

Wish it were better

Overall, I like the look and feel of my GV70. There are areas of concern that will most likely keep me from purchasing another Genesis. 1) The maintenance department has not been able to resolve the noise from the rear driver’s side. 2) The auto windshield wiper function is not helpful. It doesn’t take much for them to go on high speed. I would rather have intermittent wipers. 3)The other major inconvenience is the closest dealership is an hour away and the service department is closed on Saturdays so I either pay for valet service or have to take a day off work for bai maintenance. I was told when I purchased the car that a Hyundai dealership could service it, but have since learned that is not true.

Happy Car, Happy Owner

What can I say? I have owned by Genesis GV70 for over two years (July 2023) and she was brand new with only 14 miles when I bought her. I have not had a single problem with the vehicle. I take very good care of my cars (thank you dad) and she looks and runs as good as when I drove her off the dealership lot. Everyone comments on how beautiful the exterior and interior looks. I've had people stare at the rims. The engine runs smoothly. I make certain I take her in for her regular check ups and maintenance.

Engine and customer service issues

Engine knock- antifreeze smell- other issues- dealer is always can’t duplicate when I show they only drive a few miles - service mgr always refused to talk to me so we don’t bother anymore

Love the car, hate the service

I love my vehicle. I hate that the Genesis dealer 50 miles from me closed, and the closest one to my house is - 125 miles away. Also genesis connect doesn’t work

Nice car, but not very user friendly on technology

The detailed customization of options to select is a bit too much. Then when it is individual for two drivers, it is quite frustrating. We would also like it better if there were more places to put things like your phone or the vehicle key.
