Personal Annoyances But A Blast To Drive

Front seats are not overly comfortable especially on a long drive. Definitely not made for anyone over 5'10" tall or more than 200lbs. Storage is lacking and not very well designed as is. There should be storage under the rear deck. Living in Wisconsin, I went with larger all season tires and they made a huge difference in handling. Awesome car to drive thru curved roads. Stylish outside & the interior looks & feels like a "luxury" car should.

Best vehicle I have owned!

My 2023 Genesis GV70 is the best vehicle I have ever owned. We have multiple vehicles in our household fleet and it's my favorite. I love how luxurious the vehicle is, with all of the bells and whistles that some of our more expensive cars have at a much more affordable price. The warranty was a huge selling point for me and the service I have received with every interaction between the connected care customer service and the two dealerships I have had service at - this has been a 5 star experience all the way around.

My Personal Review of the 2023 GV70

I love the car, it has plenty of power and the design, inside and out is top notch. I've had one issue with it so far at 8K miles but it was covered under the warranty. I belong to a community of owners on social media and there are lots of different issues being reported. This makes me feel highly uneasy regarding it’s reliability. We will see what happens but if it starts to give me issues, I'll trade it in fast. I'm traditionally an Acura owner but when I saw and test drove this car, it stole my heart. Other than that, I really hate the Breaking system. It is so sensitive and catches on quickly, as soon as you hit the brakes. It also feels like it’s taking a nose dive when applying the brakes. Overall, I really do love this car.

GV-70

The 2023 GV-70 was a nice vehicle. I never had the same issues that others did that I read on Facebook pages but there were some fit and finish issues that drove me crazy. The biggest issue was dealer responsiveness. Had an issue right away and the salesperson never called back. Needed to schedule service and you had to leave a message and no one ever called back. Not what you would expect from a "luxury" brand. Service as better at the Hyundai dealer.

There are so many pluses and only a few minuses.

Smooth and quiet ride power when you need it and countless safety and connivence features. we've been given the thumbs up by many other drivers. I thought that only happened to my Corvette. that brought n unexpected smile to my face. Again ab awesome car to own and drive.

Best mid size luxury SUV

I read all the reviews when I was ready to buy at the end of 2022. The results were unanimously GV70 above all competitors. BMW. MERCEDES. AUDI. INFINITI. LEXUS. The vehicle has been flawless. Outstanding in every way. Left Acura after 23 years. Much better dealer experience but the MDX was having too many gremlins in the machine.

Favorite car ever

I purchased my Genesis GV70 two years ago and it is the best car I've ever owned. It's very stylish and full of hi-tech options. I have the Turbo 4 cylinder engine and it more than powerful enough for every day driving. I can't wait to buy another one; or maybe I'll get a GV80.

GV70 Review from Mike in Denver

I like the 2023 GV70. The 4-cy turbo has an 8-speed automatic transmission, is powerful enough for me and shifts smoothly. The electronic features and cameras are helpful. I use the adaptive cruise control when commuting on the interstate and on boulevards around town. The one thing that continues to frustrate me is the climate control. Often I notice it will be in the low 60Fs outside and the setting will be 75F and the cold air comes out the vents. And then it will be in the low 90Fs outside and the setting will be 72F and the warm air comes out the vents. The technicians at the dealership say the system checks out fine. I expect the car, when set at 72F, to perform at the highest levels necessary to match the temperature in the cabin, no matter what the temperature is outside the car. This car is not doing that.
