GV70 advanced

Overall very happy with vehicle. The GV70 is comfortable even on rough roads and has excellent acceleration. I did find the owners manual to be a disappointment. The stop/go feature is annoying as well as the lane assist. The camera system as well as most of the alerts are very useful.

Nice vehicle overall

Really nice looking interior and pleasant to drive. Lack of place to set/store a cell phone while driving (without being dropped into a charging cubby) as well as a steering wheel that has a really broad center piece that makes one handed driving uncomfortable.

Great car Horrible Dealerships

We got rid of the brand new 2025 GV70 when after purchasing it at night, we returned the very next morning because the car had scratches all over it. I asked to return or exchange. But the general manager said he would put a clear coat on it and the scratches from removing the clear film would disappear. Needless to say, after 3 very sloppy attempts. That beautiful black car was full of visible scratches. Witnessed by the entire crew who walked around the vehicle with me confirming yes, the scratches were clearly visible. I complained, sent messages to corporate, BBB, but there was not a single instance of the company reaching out in response to my concerns. We got rid of the car in April, which wasnt soon enough. I refuse to do business with a company that conducts business in this manner. No one should have to drive a brand new vehicle with scratches on it it’s embarrassing, and I never felt good about driving that vehicle. We will never ever look at that brand again.

This is my first time purchasing a Genesis. This vehicle is made with the drivers comfort in mind. Very smooth ride I love to take road trips and this car is a dream to drive !!!

OKAY

Overall, this vehicle is average. It does not have basic perks in my opinion like Apple Car Play automatically a part of its system - I have to use a wire. I would also move the camera (L/R turn signals) to main screen - you can't see it below the steering wheel. The controls for D/R/N, etc. should NOT look like the monitor controls... as a matter of fact, these controls should not be at hand resting level. I've put my car in N many times thinking I was using the control to scroll through my monitor. After driving my husband's TESLA for a while... oh boy is this car choppy in the way it drives but I guess a smooth ride is what you get with electric vehicles so maybe it's not fair to judge it against that. Is Elon Musk the only person that can come up with really comfortable seats too?

GV70 review

This is my third Genesis, the other two were G80. I think you make wonderful vehicle for a livable ptice. I’ve own most of the other luxury brand and feel the GV70 stacks up with them if not better. My wife drives a Mercedes SUV but had to use the GV70 she commented on light the steering feels. I would buy again

Well appointed and well thought out vehicle

My GV70 is only a year and a few months old. It is obvious they put a lot of thought into how the vehicle is appointed, the looks (I love the round tailpipes - very sporty) the ride, etc. Overall it is a good vehicle. We will see how it ages - the integrity of it, etc.
