confidant reliability

Many more pluses than minuses, having said that, the navigation is the worst I have used. Often times in an unfamiliar area I will use the map system to find a specific street or road, with your system the minor streets & roads are not labeled, what the hell is with that? Very poor quality thought on your part. This problem should be solved immediately & when done update mine first!

MY LAST GENESIS

This is my fourth Genesis and my last Genesis due to poor customer service that I have received from Genesis corporate car care team. The issue they caused is still unresolved. Genesis care team is a third party company and you are never dealing with a Genesis employee.
