Smooth

I had a genesis car so I love the SUV. I thought I heard a noise. It sounded like a humming sound that when I first bought it in 2024 around July it was a 2025 vehicle. I hey what’s going didn’t hear that sound but they kept it for about Four days and checked everything took care of my oil balance rotated my tires they checked on me called me gave me a loaner so I feel very comfortable with them. Just making sure everything was OK. Didn’t find anything wrong. I took it out of state to visit. Family had no issues so I still love my Genesis GB 70.

Lots of issues since purchase

We purchased our 2025 GV 70 in July 2024. Our first 160 mile round-trip to the dealership for repair was one month later for a consistent dead battery. Was replaced and we were sent on our way. 4 months later, we hear a loud clunking noise from under our front right tire. Back to Vegas again...broken tie rod. Was told it most likely came from the factory defective. 3 months later...recall on infotainment system. Fixed...at least we thought...3 days later we have no backup camera. Now we have to go back next month to get that fixed and I'm seeing another recall in my Genesis app. Possible misfire issues that could cause a fire. We decided that if we have any more issues after this, we will be talking to an attorney about a monetary compensation settlement.

My Genesis GV70 is simply beautiful. The body/exterior is beautifully designed. I have driven the Infiniti brand for years, because they were very reliable, and was hesitant to change. So far, not disappointed at all. Let's see how the reliability holds up.

I love this car. I do have some suggestions.

I think it’s an excellent vehicle for what I needed it for. I enjoy the electronics and the spirited engine. I wish I got better gas mileage people comment positively in regards to the design.
