One of my favorite vehicles ever!
This is my 2nd Genesis. I had the G80 sedan and it was awesome! Unfortunately, I had a few low back surgeries and didn't want to have to bend down low to get into a sedan anymore. So, when my lease was up, I did some heavy research into medium size SUVs. I test drove all the premium models from Audi, BMW, Acura, Volvo, Lexus and Infiniti. Not one of them in my mind came all that close to the comfort, acceleration, roominess and the quality and well-appointed nature of the interior. Genesis is super user-friendly as yes, they have adopted great technology, but also kept simple buttons for immediate access to most important functions, where many other brands have gone so deeply digital that it takes 4-5 layers of menus and apps just to change the cabin temperature. Genesis did it right. I have had a number of other vehicles from the brands listed above and not only is the Genesis nicer in most aspects, but for drastically reduced pricing; a combination that is very hard to beat and even harder to pass up when looking for your next ride :)
