Ride quality and instrumentation configuration is outstanding

The ride quality in terms of road noise and smoothness is very good. It has exceeded my expectations. Although I did do a test drive before I decided to purchase. Probably as important is the instruction and controls. I think the two specific things that I find outstanding are the center dial. Which is right at your finger tips as you use the arm rest. with that dial you can navigate anywhere. the second is the drive mode button location. again - right at my finger tips. I find myself using different modes often during a drive because it is so nicely positioned and easy to operate.

Overall really enjoy my car

I really enjoy driving my car, and feel it is a good value for the money. It feels safe and luxurious. There have just been a couple of minor glitches that are more irritating than anything serious or functional. There have been issues with noise requiring trim to be replaced to decrease air noise, and I have a rattle in the driver's side arm rest that I'll need to get fixed. There are also times the lock sensor will unlock, but then immediately lock the door again and I have to fish out my keys to get the car unlocked. Not a big deal, but annoying when my hands are full. And the navigation system isn't great, could use some improvements to make it more accurate/user friendly, such as letting you know which lane you should be in. But again, overall, really am enjoying my car and would recommend it to friends/family.

While looking for a new car, my 23 year old son kept asking me to look at the Genesis. He is a car guy and thought this would be a sporty, but luxury car for me. It drives beautifully, and has a lot of features. Very happy with my purchase.
