Impressed So Far

We are very pleased with our purchase of the GV70. We compared this to Lexus and BMW. One of the biggest selling point was the customer service we received from our Sales Rep, Roni at Genesis Springfield. His customer service was a key reason we went with Genesis. He treated us as valued customers... thank you! The value for amazing quality and comfort exceeds the cost of a BMV or Lexus. If you compare the amenities side by side, the GV70 out shines the competition. The interior is especially very eye pleasing and comfortable.

Build More Dealerships

I love our new Genesis but there are no dealerships near our home. The San Fernando Valley is home to 1.86 million people. If it were an independent city it wouuld be 5th largest in US. Yet, there is only one dealership and it is in a trailer. Appointments for service are hard to get and I am ready to purchase a 2nd Genesis but no place to shop and inventories are low. I am starting to question Genesis' comittment to this part of America.

All good except the tires

All good except the tires. Rear tires were replaced. Front tires were supposedly balanced. Vehicle still has a little vibration. Dealer does not want to replace front tires.

2026 Could Be the Perfect Car IF...

1. not enough leg room behind drivers seat 2. no place to hang even small trash bag 3. trouble unlocking doors when car stops...even when car turned off. 4. a few of the options are not easy to upload.

Great vehicle EXCEPT for the "eye" warning coming from the adaptive cruise control system. I will driving with my eyes looking directly straight ahead on the road and the system will BLARE a warning that my eyes are NOT on the road. VERY ANNOYING to the point i have to shut the ACC off which makes driving the car much less enjoyable on long trips. This safety system needs to be much less sensitive to eye contact or provide a means to shut the eye monitoring system off.
