Genesis of Baton Rouge a disappointment

I like my GV70 cushy and quiet. Genesis of Baton Rouge (dealership) a disappointment except for service. There are 2 owners manuals, one has an index the other does not. Why have 2 and both are not useful. Technology is difficult. I had a Subaru before and the technology was easy to use very intuitive. Genesis is difficult with no resources including the sales force.

Great car but more service options and faster part delivery needed

Wonderful drive, great styling, good safety features, very comfortable. Problem, the LCD screen intermittently goes out and this happened within the first month of owning the car. A new screen was put on order, but with no known arrival date. There is only one dealer in my city that sells or services the car. I had to wait a month to utilize the valet service option that is promoted as a perk of buying the car. The turning radius of the car should be improved.

Excellence for a fair price

After owning a G-80 for 5+ years, with zero problems, the taller GV-70 became an obvious choice for me after a back injury. Better luxury value than comparable BMW, Lexus, Acura and others.
