Think twice before purchasing

It’s a very nice car, checked a lot of boxes for me. It’s fine below 40 miles an hour, over 40 miles an hour it sounds like the windows are open. I took it to the dealer and they told me it was normal. It might be normal for them, but not for me. It does not bring me pleasure to leave a bad review.

I tried to love it but it didn’t love me back

My new gv70 broke down a month and 1500 miles after I leased it. It was eventually lemoned. I ordered a 2nd one and when I went to start it up it would not start. Two brand new gv70’s that did meet minimum standards of a brand new car.

Drives Great

My first SUV. Drives great - like a car only higher up. The safety features are fantastic. I didn't realize how little room there was in the back seat. Also the gas tank is smaller than my previous car and the miles per gallon is less, so I have to fill up more often.

It’s a very nice SUV

Great looking… Fun to drive… Comfortable ride… Tons of technology and safety. The 4cyl turbo gets much worse gas mileage than expected. Cabin storage areas are lacking.

Near Perfection

Traded in my 2022 for the 2026. Instrumentation on 2026 is much less complicated. 2026 is much quieter. Unfortunately some data is very hard to see; especially that located on the smaller panel mounted forward of the shifting tools.

2026 Genesis GV70 Review

I like the car but I'm still getting used to it. I'm noticing a noise when travelling at low speeds just above my head on the drivers side. It's similar to a rattle but not quite a rattle if that makes sense. It's driving me nuts. I need to get it in for service. Some of the touch switches are hard to read or the indicator lights are too dim, i can't tell if the feature is on or off.

Smooth ride

I've only had this car going on 3 months now and so far it's been a nice comfortable ride. The 2.5 advance model is perfect for me. I must say driving in sport mode is fun. No complaints so far.

Meh

I’m not impressed with the electronic interface. I expected something closer to a Tesla and got closer to Ford. It’s very attractive car and I received the base model of the GV 70, but there are a lot of things that seemed should be standard in a car at that price that is not.Seats automatically adjusting to your persona and heated steering wheels are a few examples. Most of all I was upset that the brakes consistently squeak as I back up, particularly when the car was new and the dealerships told me that was normal. When calling the national headquarters.
