Genesis GV80 Coupe

My GV80 Coupe experience has been really good, I love the performance, styling and overall comfort of the vehicle. The tech in the car makes my driving experience a pleasure. I’m not a huge fan of the navigation system, it’s a bit clunky and not precise enough when compared to various autoplay apps. It has also been extremely difficult to have my car serviced because not all Hyundai dealerships take care of Genesis vehicles, so I have to drive quite far, which I wish I was informed at the time of purchase. I also feel that similar vehicles with similar specs are more reasonably priced. The pricing will definitely impact my future desire to buy another Genesis.

Simply the Best!!

It doesn't handle like a BMW X6M, my previous sled, but it is $45,000 cheaper, great ride, updated, intuitive tech, Genesis doesn't nickle and thousand dollar you on the extras. Heads up display, parking assist, and enough power and torque to have fun. Love it and will but another in 2028.

A joy to own

I like that this vehicle can be enjoyed driving hard, or easy. Mild to wild always is at my fingertips and desires.

After 20 years of driving Mercedes, Genesis has won me over! The vehicle, dealer sales person and service have earned my business!

GV80 Coupe

This car is beautiful and drives well. My issue is the Chandler Genesis Dealership won't show me any of the features of it because "I didn't buy it NEW from them". I have a major issue with that considering that I bought a 2025 in Dec 2025 with 7k miles on it from a Porsche Dealership and it was still almost $80k used. It really makes me want to trade it in for another luxury brand that values me as a customer. I'm not sure about Scottsdale Genesis, but it is pretty far away.

Previous Benz Owner

As a person who has been in the Automobile business for over 35 yrs I believe it's a great vehicle for the price. Coming from the 2021 Benz GLE 53 there are a few boxes that could have been checked. In the Benz the 48v system powers the AC and electric components when the vehicle shuts down. Also an air ride suspension but I do know your looking at a price point. With all that said its a smart design and tens of thousands less than a GLE Coupe would cost. PS add some startup design to thr headlights 👍🏾

Poor engineering

Too many unnecessary links on the computer screen. Gas doesn't fill without a very slow last five gallons. Doors do not easily lock on handle switch. Hands free phone calls take more than one attempt to connect. No massage on passenger seat! Cramped cargo area.

Very happy with purchase

I’ve purchased 3 Genesis vehicles and will likely purchase 4th Genesis when time for an upgrade. Very happy with Genesis and excellent customer care in service dept - especially Monica Gupta’s customer service.

Sporty with Luxury

Great looking vehicle that is both sporty and luxurious! Loaded with options. Soft close doors, large display screen, many more luxury items. Biggest drawback is the acceleration due to vehicle weight.

She may be an underdog, but she rules the road!

A Mercedes dealer scoffed when I said I was interested in buying a Genesis, and said, "It's like they just stole the best parts of every luxury vehicle and piled them onto one car." My response: "Well, that sounds pretty smart to me." That, in a nutshell, is THIS VEHICLE!
