An u-N-believably fun car!

The Elantra N is everything I wanted in a car and more. The aggressive exterior styling always turns heads and the interior design with its technology-packed features keeps me smiling every time I get in. This car makes me want to drive at every opportunity — whether it’s a quick errand or a long road trip. In just 20,000 miles, it has already taken me through 16 states, and every mile has been pure enjoyment. When I was shopping, I considered the Civic Type R, GR Corolla, and WRX. What ultimately won me over was the exhaust note, the bold design, the manual transmission, the tech features, and the fact that it offered all this at a price far more reasonable than the competition. And honestly, in some ways, it’s even better. Hyundai has absolutely nailed it with the N brand. This car proves that performance, fun, and practicality don’t have to come at a premium. This isn’t just a car — it’s an experience, and one that wins your heart every single time you drive it.

Excellent Daily and Exciting Thrills

The car is great if you are looking for an affordable, fun and somewhat unique. Its something you don't see everyday but when you do, its hard not to notice it. As a daily driver, it handles most task like a usual car. Its only when you want to push it, that's where it comes alive. The noise, the speed, the agility, you get all of that in such a affordable package. Granted that does come with sacrifices, the rear passengers don't have vents, nor do they have a center cup holder. The front could use a bit more materials that make it feel more quality, and I personally wish they had radar guided cruise control, since it already came with steering assist. But in the end, the car itself is fantastic, its something you don't expect and that's why I like it.

Love my 2023 Hyundai Elantra N, I had to fly miles away from home to get the performance blue color. And I've never regretted the decision. Love the car. Brings me joy everyday.

Best car for the money, period.

'23 Atlas White DCT. Only got it brand new at the end of '24. I did a TON of research for a new, affordable sports car. I looked at Subaru, Volkswagen, Honda... Nothing fit all my needs until I started watching reviews on the Elantra N. It checked every box for me. It's greatest strength is it's versatility. In Eco or Normal mode it can just be a peppy Elantra. In Sport you get a jolt of energy and responsiveness. In N Mode you get a little beast under the hood. NGS button gives you even more. The DCT sunroof is also a pleasure. Works perfectly. With the warranty and all, I have no regrets.

Incredibly fun car, frustrating service experience

The 2023 Hyundai Elantra N is easily one of the most exciting and capable cars I've owned. The driving dynamics are sharp, the power delivery is addicting, and it delivers serious performance without sacrificing daily usability. It's a car that constantly puts a smile on your face. That said, it does come with a few issues, and unfortunately, most of them are made worse by an unhelpful service department. Shortly after purchasing the car, the horn stopped working and I ended up replacing it with an aftermarket unit after reading some posts online that some people are on their FIFTH horn. I've had no issues since putting the aftermarket one on. The front passenger window moves noticeably slower than the others, but the service team refuses to address it. The black trim above the rear passenger door started peeling, and they wouldn't replace that either. The driver’s side headlight fogs up when washing the car, yet they declined to replace the moisture absorption packs inside the housing. I also had a random “check collision sensor” warning appear. Instead of inspecting the sensor, the service department blamed my radar detector, even though it is not installed anywhere near the sensor. On top of that, the side skirt has cracked and the interior has some persistent rattles. The rattles are minor and probably unavoidable in a car like this, but still worth mentioning. If Hyundai provided better support for this vehicle, it would be an easy five-star car. As it stands, the driving experience is fantastic, but be prepared for frustration if your dealership handles issues the way mine has.

Stay Away From Hyundai

Bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra N in November of 2023. I had issue after issue. I don't want hatch out a whole story again but Hyundai Corporate refused to do anything after the car shut off at 70 mph almost costing me my life. The car had multiple issues with less the 2,000 miles. Oil consumption was one of them. It took me 2 fired Lemon Law Attorneys, 2 BBB Arbitration and a letter to the White House to finally get the car bought back.
